This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 21 Year old woman (5'7", 122 lbs)from Troy NY who wished to increase her bra size from a 34 A/B to a 34 C/D. This was accomplished with a submuscular augmentation utilizing a smooth saline implant. 3 months post operatively, her breast size has been augmented to the desired size while still maintaining a natural and proportional appearance in relation to her relatively tall frame.
