This is a 29 year old white female, 5’3”, 130lbs who has had one child whom she did breast feed. Her bra size is was 34A with a 14cm base width and a 5cm base of the areola to inframammory fold distance. Her desire was to obtain a full C cup size. She had seen other plastic surgeons and had decided on a 425cc prosthesis. She underwent a bilateral subpectoral augmentation utilizing the high profile smooth silicone prosthesis. Her postoperative course was completely unremarkable. Photos obtained at three months show that the breasts are nicely shaped, natural in appearance and she has achieved her desired size. She is back to all normal activities and feels great.
