This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 36-year-old mother of two (5’4” 115 pounds) who has a post partum loss of breast volume and mild asymmetry. The breasts are also widely separated. This was corrected with bilateral augmentation mammoplasty utilizing different sized smooth silicone prosthesis. Three months later the breasts are full and symmetric with excellent central cleavage. Her body’s shape is now nicely balanced.
