This is a 33 year old white female. She is 5’2” and 106bs. She has not had any children or previous surgery. Her bra size was a 32A/AA without ptosis. Her desire was to be fuller, in that small C range without being too large. After 3D analysis she chose a 350cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis and underwent an uncomplicated subpectoral augmentation. Photos obtained at two months demonstrate that she has achieved nicely shaped breasts for her small frame. They are full yet natural in appearance. She is now able to wear clothing that was difficult to carry off before her surgery.
