This is a healthy 32 year old white female. She is 5’2” and 135lbs. Her bra size was a 32A. She is very active and enjoys working out. Her desire was to be in the nice C cup range. Examination showed symmetric breasts with mild glandular ptosis and a 13cm base width. We preformed external sizing and settled on a mid 300cc implant size. In order to achieve her desired result she underwent a dual plane augmentation utilizing a 375cc moderate plus smooth silicone prosthesis. She had an unremarkable postoperative course. Photos obtained three months later show that her breasts are well healed. The implants are nicely situated and she has improvement in the mild glandular ptosis. She has returned to her active lifestyle and is quite pleased.
