This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 38 year old white female 5' 1" tall 128 lbs who has had two children but did not breastfeed. Her bra size was in the 36 B/C range and her desire was to increase that to the D cup range. After reviewing her options at length she choose to proceed with a dual plane augmentation utilizing 425 smooth round moderate saline prothesis filed to 450 cc bilaterally. Her post-op course was unremarkable. Two months later she has settled in nicely. The breast are natural and full. The dual plane approach has given stability to the lower pole area. She has achieved her desired result and is quite pleased.
