This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 21 year old Hispanic female. She is 5’ 116 lbs. She has always been concerned about her bra size since puberty. Her bra size is a 34 A with slight nipple/areola asymmetry. Her desire was to be in the full C cup range. After performing external sizing and 3D imaging she chose a 425 cc moderate plus saline prosthesis. Bilateral sub pectoral augmentation was then performed filling the right prosthesis to 450 cc and the left to 490 cc, since the left breast was slightly smaller. Her postoperative course was completely unremarkable and three months later the breasts have settled nicely. They are full and symmetric without appearing unnatural.
