This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 31 year old mother of two (5ft 6in, 141 lbs.) from Clifton Park, NY who not only breast feed both children but also, impressively, lost 60 lbs. following the birth of her second child. This resulted in a significant loss of breast volume and mild glandular ptosis (drooping). She presented with a pre-surgery bra size of 34B. The loss of volume was corrected and a mild glandular lift achieved, utilizing a dual-plane breast augmentation with moderate plus silicone implants. Photos taken at one month post-operation show nice superior fill and gentle rotation of the nipple/areola complex upward. Also the glandular ptosis has been completely corrected. At three months, the breasts have completely settled, leaving the patient with a wonderful result that has met her pre-augmentation goals.
