This patient underwent breast augmentation with different-sized 535cc left and 490cc right high-profile Mentor MemoryGel Xtra smooth round silicone implants. The postoperative series shows a more prominent and rounded breast contour compared with the preoperative views. More even contours are visible from the front, with a harmonious profile on both sides. The final shape is fuller without appearing disconnected from the patient’s natural proportions.
