This set of breast augmentation before and after photos features a 44 year old woman (5'4", 115lbs) who suffered from complete loss of breast volume following pregnancy. What made this case particularly challenging was the degree of chest wall tightness. She was able to achieve a more pleasing appearance with breast augmentation utilizing a 275cc smooth saline prosthesis placed sub-muscularly. This brought her from a 34AA to a 34B with while still maintaining a very natural appearance.
