This is a 31 year old (5'6", 120lbs) mother of two who has loss of breast volume and mild asymmetry following pregnancy. She underwent breast augmentation with 425cc smooth saline implants (495cc right, 460cc left) placed sub-muscularly through an inframammary incision. They were filled differentially to achieve symmetry and to increase her bra size from a 34 A/B to a 34 D.
